It aims to provide post-graduate education, incubation and acceleration services for deserving women entrepreneurs and innovators in the fields of Art & Culture, Governance & Policy, Business & Economics, Health & Wellbeing, Science & Technology, Truth & Reconciliation, Equality & Social Justice, Environmental Regeneration and Recovery of Indic knowledge systems for integrated national development. To undertake research, publish and develop thought-leaders in these fields. The Shakti CoEs will be housed within reputed institutions in India and overseas.

Regenerate Pondy

The Regenerate Pondy Conclave (10–17 January 2026) was successfully conducted as a design-led, participatory workshop to reimagine Pondicherry as a bioregion capable of regenerating itself – ecologically and socio-culturally.
The conclave brought together global regenerative experts and local practitioners to co-create a spatial framework rooted in eco-hydrology, soil health, food systems, waste cycles, and community well-being.
