Recomendo fortemente este curso, pois o conteúdo é riquíssimo e apresentado de forma excelente. Ele é dividido em vários módulos fáceis de entender, com vídeos curtos, áudios e posts. As tarefas instigantes ajudam a internalizar e praticar os conceitos e técnicas apresentados ao longo do curso.

Levei 20 horas para concluir. Sei que eles recomendam fazer o curso em um círculo de estudos com um grupo de 5 a 8 pessoas, para que todos possam acompanhar o ritmo e finalizar em 12-13 semanas (uma seção por semana). Concordo que pode ser uma ótima ideia, mas você também pode fazer sozinho, especialmente se estiver motivado(a) a obter o certificado de conclusão e se tornar um Líder Shakti. O que me surpreendeu, e por que recomendo muito este curso, é a profundidade e a abrangência do conteúdo, cuidadosamente curado e disponibilizado de forma generosa.
