4. Code of Conduct: Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with the team, instructors, and fellow participants. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the course without a refund.

5. Payment: Payment for the online course is due upon enrollment and is non-refundable, except as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
